To claim your guarantee, please include:
- A photo of the affected nail(s) at the time of your claim
- A brief description of your experience and how consistently you applied the oil
We process all valid claims within 48 hours. You don't need to return the bottle.
Please note: The Satisfaction Guarantee applies to one opened bottle per customer per order. Additional unopened bottles may be returned.

We stand behind the effectiveness of the SteadyHeat mask for dry eye and MGD relief. If you don't experience noticeable improvement after 60 days of consistent daily use, contact us at support@healo.shop within 60 days of receiving your order.
To claim your guarantee, please include:
- A photo or short video showing the mask powered on and in use
- A description of your usage routine — temperature level, number of sessions per week, and total weeks of use
- Confirmation that you completed a minimum of 40 sessions during the 60-day period
Why we ask for this: MGD and dry eye respond to heat therapy over time, not overnight. The clinical threshold requires consistent daily sessions at the correct temperature. We ask for proof of use not to make the process difficult — but because a claim from someone who used the mask correctly and didn't see results is something we take seriously and want to make right. A claim from someone who used it twice is a different conversation.
We process all valid claims within 48 hours. You do not need to return the mask.
Please note: The Satisfaction Guarantee applies to one mask per customer per order. The guarantee does not cover physical damage, submersion in water, or use with a non-compatible power source.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
Non-returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, opened products cannot be physically returned unless authorized by our support team. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union
If shipping to the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days for any reason, provided the goods are unopened and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once your claim is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
